The first thing you visually notice about the 6WMM7 is its Socket370 ZIF CPU mount, which is located almost in the center of the PCB. This is possible because the 6WMM7 offers a scant total of three PCI slots and one ISA slot for peripherals which means that the right side of the board has much more space available than your standard five PCI slot 440BX board.

Along with the Socket370 mount, the AMR (Audio Modem Riser) slot is very eye-catching, which is in the area where the AGP port is on a typical board.

The AMR is part of the burgeoning PC99 standard, and it allows PC owners to unload their PCI bus with either an audio card or a modem. AMR is very new to most readers, until we begin to see peripherals manufactured for the new format it will likely go unnoticed in the mean time.

Along with two DIMM slots for SDRAM and a massive onslaught of manual jumpers that control every possible option on the 6WMM7, the board's specs are fairly well-rounded.
